When Susan Handley founded Beijo in 2002, the spirit and desire to positively impact the lives of women was the centerpiece of her entrepreneurial mission. The drive to make a difference “one-handbag-at-a-time” was so fundamental to Susan’s vision, that she declined various distribution opportunities, so that she could build a “Direct Sell” business model. Today, Beijo continues to offer Independent Beijo Fashion Consultants the opportunity to create an income path for themselves and their families. The entrepreneurial nature of the business and popularity of the product line combine to make Beijo a natural platform for fundraising and charitable activities.

	At the grassroots level, Beijo Fashion Consultants frequently choose to participate in silent auctions, fundraisers and school projects benefitting their communities. This act of giving occurs throughout the year, in cities all across the country. At an organizational level, Beijo Sales Teams often come together, to benefit important regional causes.
