Happy Birthday, Marianne Friedlund!

Let’s get to know our National Sales Manager, Marianne Friedlund, who recently celebrated a big birthday!

1. What drives you?

It’s no surprise to many of our Beijo family that I’m driven by a challenge and by helping others to achieve a challenge. That is true in my career as well as my personal life. I look at each day considering what can I do to help make something better.

2. Favorite part about your Beijo business?

As the National Sales Manager at Beijo for the last 2 1/2 years, my favorite part of the job is showing people that they have what it takes to achieve; and then celebrating/recognizing their achievements when they work to make things happen. These can be small goals like booking their calendar for the month, recruiting their first team member or bigger goals like earning our Mercedes-Benz through the Driving Performance program.

3. If you could be a Beijo bag, which one would you be?

I think it would have to be the Sole Provider. As a single mom to 3 girls, I’ve done my best to be a strong role model for them to follow. They are the joys of my life and are almost all grown up! Claire will graduate from high school this year to start a pre-vet program and play volleyball in college. Ali is a preschool teacher and loves working with kids. And Katie is married to a wonderful guy and is successful in her career in human resources.

What’s Driving Carolyn Anderson?

With passion for life and great love for all she does, Carolyn Anderson, Executive Fashion Consultant, has definitely been on a track to success and beyond. With a new Mercedes Benz by her side, this is how she keeps herself fueled:

1. What drives you in your daily life?

What drives me every single day in my life is my passion for life itself. The minute I awaken and realize that I am alive, it gives me the drive I need to accomplish all that I put my mind to. I’m driven when I see others succeed and reach their potential. I’m driven by giving to others and sharing my passion on a daily basis.

2. Favorite part about your Beijo business?

Yikes, this is a tough one because I love everything about my Beijo Business. I can say what I love the most is that Beijo has given me the opportunity to have new relationships and it has taken me places that I have never been before and I know there’s more to come. I love my Beijo business.

3. If you could be a Beijo bag, which one would you be?

I would be Unchain my Heart. Everything I do, I do it from my heart and with all my heart. My parties are my from heart. My work, the team, my integrity, even my orders that I place are from my heart :-)! It was the first bag I personally owned from Beijo and I have no chains on my heart, because I give of Myself always, thus “unchain my heart” is me.
